ANTHONY’S GRILL: Choose from a variety of island specialities, traditional American classics, fresh seafood, pasta and steaks. • Casa D’Angelo offers an extensive menu of traditional Tuscan fare laced with Southern Italian accents in an intimate setting. Choose from an antipasti such as beef carpaccio or sautéed little neck clams. Enjoy one of Chef Angelo’s signature dishes from veal chop Milanese to herb-crusted rack of lamb. An extensive wine list offers the perfect pairing to your meal. Finish off with espresso-soaked tiramisu.

• Murray’s Delicatessen is a New York-style deli showcasing magnificent views of the marina. Breakfast includes a variety of all-American platters. • Fine Japanese cuisine by celebrated chef Nobu Matsuhisa is showcased in the trendy surroundings of Nobu. Marina Village at Atlantis offers five new restaurants:

• Savour Caribbean fare at the ocean-inspired Bimini Road. The grand open kitchen features Bahamian conch (pronounced konk) and uniquely spiced entrées such as tamarind-glazed pork chop. Live entertainment at the outdoor bar. Lunch and dinner. Resort casual attire.

• Rediscover the timeless elegance of famed Café Martinique. The French gourmet cuisine of renowned chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten is served in a contemporary setting and an intimate atmosphere with graceful candlelit tables and sweeping marina views. Dinner. • Johnny Rockets is a 1950s-style diner where tabletop jukeboxes play for a nickel. All-American favourites include juicy hamburgers, chili dogs, shakes, malts and freshly baked apple pie. Lunch and dinner. Resort casual attire.

• Seared and grilled succulent fare await your discovery in the modern steakhouse ambience of Seafire Steakhouse. Starters such as the homemade sausage platter and artichoke & spinach dip complement entrées of fresh seafood and the finest cuts of prime beef, along with a variety of signature martinis. Dinner. • Other speciality offerings include Starbucks, where you can awaken your senses with rich flavours and delight in an unforgettable coffee experience in paradise; Village Creamery, the ultimate ice cream parlour for Häagen-Dazs favourites, including milkshakes, floats, sorbets and classic sundaes with a variety of delicious toppings; and Jamba Juice, which delivers life-nourishing fresh fruits and vegetables blended into delicious smoothies and juices.

The 50,000 sq ft Casino at Atlantis offers non-stop action and entertainment. It is the first of its kind, with brilliant skylights amid 78 table games (10am-4am) and 850 slot machines, available 24 hours.

BLUE LAGOON RESTAURANT AT CLUB LAND’OR: Delicious native seafood and international cuisine. Bahamian breakfast served Mon-Sat 7:30-11am. Dinner features gourmet specialities such as lobster thermidor and stuffed grouper au gratin. Dinner served daily 5-10pm. Children’s menu. GRAYCLIFF: Located in a 280-year-old mansion, Graycliff has been rated one of the world’s 10 best restaurants by Lifestyles of the Rich and Famous. The 250,000-bottle wine cellar has received Wine Spectator’s Millennium Grand Award. The only five-star restaurant in The Bahamas, Graycliff also produces cigars hand-rolled by master rollers. • Dine, play sports or enjoy the entertainment for one all-inclusive price. Included are land and non-motorized watersports, karaoke, cabaret and comedy shows, and a laser lights show at Hurricanes Disco, 10pm-5am. Funky D entertains nightly except Mon.
