Many have described The Bluff House as the most special piece of property in Abaco. Perched on a bluff some 80 feet above the Sea Of Abaco, the very highest point on the island of Green Turtle Cay, The Bluff House Beach Resort and Marina rests within 12 lush acres of coconut palms and other tropical foliage stretching from sea to sea across the entire width of the island, complete with it's own Private Beach.

Now under new ownership, The Bluff House, steeped in history, was the first and is now the oldest Resort in the Bahamas Out Islands. Whilst being respectful of the nostalgia and charm that surrounds The Bluff House, the new owners will embark later this year on sympathetically designed high end luxury hotel suite renovations, infusing each of the hotel suites with an alluring British Colonial vibe, dark mahogany furniture mixed with luxurious bedding and billowing white curtains.
Accommodations
Our eight spacious waterfront suites overlooking the Sea of Abaco, are currently undergoing complete renovation and will be ready for November 2011.
The top level suites will be finished with an alluring British West Indies feel, featuring stately dark Mahogany 4 poster beds mixed with soft white cotton slipcovers and billowing white curtains.
The other 4 suites will offer an inviting island flavour featuring exotic richly woven furniture with colorful citrus colored accents.
Each and every suite at Bluff House will feature its own private balcony and spectacular waterfront view. All suites are appointed with central air, high speed Internet, flat screen TVs, telephones, refrigerators and automatic coffee/tea makers.
Dining
Bluff House has two restaurants and two bars. At the Jolly Roger Bar and Bistro the atmosphere is casual - serving lunch and dinner either indoors in the AC or waterside at the Marina. Here you can enjoy tasty cocktails from the bar while soaking up the sun by the pool. Our signature *Clubhouse* restaurant located 60 feet above the Sea of Abaco is well known for its casual yet elegant atmosphere and outstanding cuisine. It is open for weddings and special functions only.
