Description:
Amid serenity and exotic tranquility lies the island of Bimini, Bahamas. Just 48 Nautical Miles from South Florida, Bimini Bay Resort and Marina is the perfect tropical getaway for those with a passion for fishing or those who love to escape the routine and experience the best of Mother Nature.

About
We invite you to escape the stresses of life and visit Bimini Bay Resort and Marina, located on the northern tip of the island of North Bimini. Known as the gateway to the Bahamas, it is the closest island, only 48 nautical miles off the coast of South Florida, a quick 25-minute flight by air, or a short 1-2 hour boat ride across the Bahamian Channel.

Avid anglers and boaters already know Bimini as the Bonefishing Capital of the World and have been visiting the island for many years. With the advent of Bimini Bay Resort and Marina, the island is emerging as the newest upscale getaway for those seeking laid-back, casual luxury.

Feel totally pampered by the "beachy chic" decor of our luxury suite and villas accommodations, perfect for a relaxing getaway, whether a weekend retreat or longer stay. We know you will become a frequent guest.

The resort was designed with Bahamian-style architecture in the typical pastel colors found throughout the Caribbean. All accommodations feature cool granite and tile throughout, rattan, shell and coral accents and a full kitchen. The resort has a friendly neighborhood ambience and caters to all types of guests, especially families with children.

Accommodations
All guest accommodations are designed with "beachy chic" decor and are beautifully appointed with such amenities as oversized couches with a contemporary feel, granite kitchen countertops, porcelain top stoves, coffee and coffee makers, refrigerators, microwaves, iron and ironing board, extra linens, washer and dryer, AC, color televisions, high-speed internet (at an additional cost) and AM/FM clock radio.

Dining
Sabor Restaurant welcomes Chef Latoines "Tones" Simms to lead their culinary team to new plateau of exciting, flavorful creations for your dinning pleasures. Chef brings wealth of culinary experience to Bimini Bay, coupled with his recent experience at the culinary classics, winning the highest award as captain of his team. Before joining Bimini Bay, Chef Tones was recently Executive Sous Chef at Bobby Flay's Mesa Grill on Paradise Island, where he perfected his grilling skills; hence now applying is signature steak rub at Bimini Bay to your favorite steak.

Activities
Bimini is home to one of the most incredible and unique wild animal encounters to be found anywhere in the world. Swimming with Dolphins has been described as one of the most thrilling, amazing, magical, and in some instances life changing experiences that an individual can possibly have. Bimini is one of only five places in the world where people can consistently have that experience. Our Wild Dolphin Adventures gives you a great opportunity to be successful doing so. On these excursions, guests are brought out to Bimini Wild Dolphin Grounds for an unforgettable opportunity to view, swim, and interact with a resident population of Wild Dolphins.
