The complex of the club consists of modern houses with furnished and unfurnished residential units, a private beach at the Atlantic, a clubhouse for social evenings, a private swimming pool and a tennis court. Another key advantage over similar residential complexes is its own oceanfront marina with 25 boat slips (30 to 50 foot).
All residential units are equipped with central air conditioning, washer and dryer, dishwasher and microwave. The cabinets are maple furnished and contain whirlpool tubs as well as bidets. Every unit has a private patio and its own balcony overlooking the Atlantic. Although crime is almost unknown in Freeport, the complex offers 24 hour security.
