Room description #1: The first floor rooms have a front entrance and overlook the pool and beach or beach trees and the beach. Second floor rooms have a similar layout to the first floor rooms, though the second floor rooms have cathedral ceilings and front and back doors, rear entrance and rear balcony. Rooms are decorated with handcrafted furniture in native wood, woven fabrics and rugs, Mexican terra cotta tiled floors, jalousie windows, original artwork and antiques.
Room type #2: Classic Vista family
Room description #2: Second floor suites have an additional room with bunk beds off the main bedroom (suitable for 2 children). The large private terraces have a direct view of the beach and the sea. Rooms are decorated with handcrafted furniture in native wood, woven fabrics and rugs, Mexican terra cotta tiled floors, jalousie windows, original artwork and antiques. Family Classic Vista sleeps 2 adults and 3 kids (under 12 years) or 3 adults.
Room type #3: One bedroom villa ocean view and one bedroom villa oceanfront
Room description #3: The first and second floor oceanfront one bedroom villa suites are 1000 square feet and are very spacious - both of which have breathtaking views of the Caribbean. The living room and bedroom open onto a 16-foot terrace overlooking the beach and ocean. It is decorated with tropical and hardwood furnishings, woven fabrics and rugs, Mexican terra cotta tiled floors, original artwork and antiques. The second floor living room has a cathedral ceiling. A few of the one bedroom villas also have kitchenettes.
Room type #4: two bedroom villas ocean view and two bedroom villas oceanfront
Room description #4: The oceanfront two-bedroom villa suites are 1500 square feet. One bedroom faces the beach, while the second bedroom overlooks a tropical garden. The common living room and master bedroom opens onto a 16-foot terrace that overlooks the beach and ocean. It is decorated with tropical and hardwood furnishings, woven fabrics and rugs, Mexican terra cotta tiled floors, original artwork and antiques. A few of the Belize villas also have kitchenettes. This Placencia villa sleeps 5 persons.
