Ocean View Villa is one of the newest vacation rental on the beautiful island of Jost Van Dyke, Tortola, BVI, located between Great Harbor and White Bay. Ocean View Villa is the perfect choice for visitors to Jost Van Dyke, with sweeping sea view from our large sun deck overlooking the channel to West End Tortola, Great Harbor, and also the famous Foxys restaurant, and the lush hills of Tortola, and not to mention the other amenites in Great Harbor.
It is a premier location whether your stay is for business or pleasure. We provide the ideal location for your next vacation whether you are spending a night, a week, or even a month. You will love the magnificent view not to mention the breeze that you will be getting from the sea. At Ocean View Villa we are staffed by a highly skilled team that understands the dynamic need for your vacation home, away from home, and also to provide all the necessary needs to make sure that your stay is comfortable, very relaxing, and your villa very clean.
Ocean View Villa is a two bedroom, two bath, but can also be rented as a one bedroom with its separate bathroom to a couple, for a lower fee that listed on the VRBO RATES, the rates that is there now is for the entire house. So if you are travelling as a couple, just email us for the price for the one bedroom.
Ocean View Villa is built on a 1/3 acre of land, surrounded by fruit trees, like pineapple, banana, papaya, avocado, sour sop and sugar apple, also flowering plants and palm trees to beautify the grounds. The house consists of two bedrooms, two bathrooms. The two bedroom is equip with AC unit. The house can hold up to six people, where we offer an airbed for that extra couple. If you are traveling as a couple and need a more romantic feeling you can rent one of the bedrooms with its private bathroom. The master bedroom has a king size bed, cable TV, DVD player, with its own private bathroom. You can also access the large sun deck and veranda, from the master bedroom. All windows have screens. The veranda and sun deck also has lounge chair, sitting chair, and also a table with four chairs where you can sit and enjoy your coffee, and watch the sun rise in the east. The guest bedroom is equip with a queen bed, very comfortable, and also a bathroom, suitable for family with kids. All furniture is hand made with mahogany wood. The living area also consists of a comfortable well modern sofa for easy relaxation, books to read, 42 inch television with cable, DVD player, stereo and also telephone to make your local calls to the restaurant or to call a taxi, we also have fast Wi-Fi internet connected throughout the house.
The kitchen is also equip with hard mahogany wood, hand made cabinets, our 10ft bar counter with four stools, dish washer, microwave oven, refrigerator and a stove where you can cook your own Caribbean meal (or you can have someone cook you a tasteful Caribbean meal), we also have a barbecue grill etc. All appliances is stainless steel. We also have back up generator. The house can be rented as a two bedroom or a one bedroom, the entire house can hold up to six people.

Local area information and attractions description: The house is located between Great and White Bay. Jost Van Dyke is an ideal destination to home new sports abilities. Yachters and local folk are the primary residents of Jost Van Dyke. Except for occasional cruise ship, the island is nearly seclusive.
Great Harbor comprises of Jost Van Dyke's main storefront. Scuba diving and sailing activities are widely available on the harbor. Hike for 20 minutes to another popular beach in Jost Van Dyke called White Bay. The hike offers a tranquil exposure to the outdoors and expansive views of the ocean. In White Bay you will find the Soggy Dollar Bar, famous for inventing the painkiller, you can also have breakfast, lunch and dinner, Gertrude beach bar, Coco Loco beach bar, jewels snack shack, One love bar and grill, not to mention the other restaurants on Great Harbor, namely Corsairs beach bar, Ali Baba, Cool breeze, A&B, the famous Foxys restaurant bar and gift shop, the place where thousands of people visit for the old year, new years party, restaurants are also located on the eastern side of the island, Harris Place, Sidney's Peace & Love, Abe's restaurant and car rental, Foxy's Taboo bar & restaurant, close to our natural Jacuzzi called the Bubbly Pool. There's also our Scuba Dive Shop, where you can take a whole new adventure of under the sea. Rudy's mariners is also located in Great Harbor where you can get your grocery supply. White Bay is a natural reserve that rests within a network of protected reefs. For a change of pace, go camping at the White Bay Campground. Choose from a screened cabin or an empty sand parcel. Snorkeling and boating are highly favored activities in White Bay. Aquamarine life is especially abundant in the bay.
Since Jost Van Dyke is a lush and under populated island, there remain numerous places to take eco tours. Hike among the mangroves and palm trees in the mountains. Beach comb on a remote sand bar between Tortola and Jost Van Dyke called Sand Spit and Sandy Cay.
Divers of all levels should visit the Bubbly pool on the North island sound. It is a Cliffside, natural tide pool. The waves break on the edge of the cliff and fill the pool with bubbles. "You Have To See It To Believe It".
