The unit consist of a master bedroom with private bath, a second bedroom on the same level with bath, and a third bedroom on the upper level that shares the bath with the second bedroom. The master and second bedroom have king size beds, while the third bedroom has two twin beds.
The living area serves as a central gathering space for all and wraps itself around the immediate pool area and the panoramic views. With each step inside and out you are surrounded by colorful tile work and island furnishings. The pool is incorporated to include both interior and exterior living that provides a sense of seamless walls. This feature gives the villa architectural distinction.
Each bedroom provides a sanctuary for privacy and quiet time, but is connected to the mainstream of the villa. The master bedroom has a very open space with an outside private entrance for the option of exploring a secluded area of landscaping. At the same time the third bedroom on the upper level is set apart from the main living area and enhances the choice of privacy.
Immediately outside the high glass walls your eyes will become fixed on the beautiful blue water that surrounds the villa and the comfortable deck furniture that allow you to relax and take in the lush landscaping. The panoramic ocean view, the ultimate privacy, and the unique one of a kind characteristics present a powerful choice in the villa rental market place. It is a great example of a caribbean rental villa that has been designed for indoor-outdoor living.
NB: Housekeeping Service provided 6 days a week, except on Sundays and BVI Public Holidays, also an additional USD 35.00 is added to the nightly rate for use of the pull out sofa bed in the living room.

Policies: CANCELLATION POLICY: All changes for bookings and cancellations must be received in writing: by fax, email or mail. A 20% cancellation fee (on the TOTAL RENT) will be charged on ALL cancellations occurring 61 days or MORE prior to arrival date. A 50% cancellation fee will be charged on cancellation made 46-60 DAYS prior to arrival date. If your cancellation is received within 45 DAYS of your arrival date, there will be NO REFUND. There will be no refund granted for late arrivals or premature departures. For X-Mas bookings please cancel on or before October 1. We highly recommend travel insurance.
RESERVATIONS POLICY: Three night deposit will be required at the time of making the reservation for summer season (April 16th to Dec 14th) and for Winter and Christmas season, 50% deposit is required. The balance will be due 60 days prior to your date of occupancy. During the Christmas/New Year period it is due no later than October 1st. In the event you make a reservation after October 1st for the upcoming Christmas/New York full payment is required at the time of your reservation.
