The building is surrounded by greenry and has a well kept yard. The yard space allows for afternoon lounging or bbq-ing or just some general outdoor time. You are easily shaded from the sun and can experience fresh clean air and cool soothing breeze.
There is 1 supermarket in the community of Loubiere that opens late hours, Green's Supermarket. It is situated at the entrance of Loubiere. And is just a minute drive from Everton View Apartments.
Everton View Apartments has also been home to members of the cast and crew of the Pirates of the Caribbean movie and Crossfire the soca band from Barbados. Everton View has seen the world through its guests from Swiss, French, European and deep Caribbean.

The hot spot in Loubiere is Spiders, known for having the best fish pies in town. But these tasty treats are only available during the late night hours on a Friday.
