Description:
Kanuku Suites is the destination you have been dreaming of, we are the perfect gateway into the unspoilt, untouched, luscious country of Guyana.

"Bringing nature to you" is the theme of our hotel and as our guest you will be awed by the comfortable furnishings and accessories made from natural woods and fibers taken from the rainforest to create a serene yet exotic location.

About
Kanuku Suites is fashioned in a modern-antique motif style that gives a distinguished comfort and makes us a destination of your choice.

Let our attentive, warm and sincere hotel personnel charm you in our luxurious hotel that will leave you relaxed, refreshed and in awe of Guyana's wonderful culture, people and landscape.

Our Suites are located in a quiet, residential community on the outskirts of central Georgetown. We are a stone throw from the street that never sleeps: Sherriff Street, and within walking distance of some of the best Guyanese and international cuisine, supermarkets, gift shops and the some of the most popular entertainment hot spots in the city. The city centre and commercial district are 5 minutes away by car or taxi which can be arranged at the hotel's front desk.

Guests of the hotel and other travellers can enjoy eco-tourism to its fullest by taking advantage of our various tour packages we have to offer.

Accommodations
A good night's rest is balm to the soul of the weary traveler, at Kanuku your comfort is our mission. Our suites are designed with your ultimate indulgence in mind.

Dining
Feel like staying in for the night or someone meeting you for lunch? Order in some room service or take a nice cool stroll down to the Angel Seafood Restaurant and Bar.

We have available exotic seafood to tease the pallet. Take this opportunity to make your stay memorable in Guyana's first Seafood Restaurant and Bar, where we are bringing International Cuisine to you.

Activities
More than just experiencing the natural feel of our hotel, we at Kanuku Tours will give you a true experience in rugged outdoor activities in the uncharted rainforest of Guyana also called the South America's "Final Frontier".

Guyana's rainforest is an extension of the Amazon Basin, it is one of the least visited corners of the planet. For the eco-tourist at heart, the country boasts enormous potential, with vast areas covered by virgin rainforest, savannah and ancient lands inhabited by the indigenous Amerindians in villages like Kurupakari and Karisparu over which flows the stunning Kaieteur Falls.

For wildlife enthusiasts and birders, Guyana is unopposed. The forgotten corner of the Amazon basin, its rainforests are brimming with wildlife such as jaguars, giant otters, tapirs and over 800 species of bird.

With Guyana slowly awakening to the potential of ecotourism and sustainable use of natural habitats, we at Kanuku Tours invite you to experience this paradise. We will book and facilitate the most amazing time of your life!
