Malecon House is the newest guest house along the Malecon. We offer the most comfortable, generous and attractive accomodations along with personal service from your on-site innkeepers.
Each of the ten rooms has a unique personality and amenities. Every room is spacious and well-appointed with quality furnishings. The large comfortable beds are made with smooth, high thread-count linens. Our rooms are all air-conditioned and also have ceiling fans. You will find a special 'relaxation area' in each room, perfect for reading or unwinding after a full day of fun.
Some of our rooms have balconies, with superb views of Esperanza bay, the Malecon, and our unique tropical setting. Our downstairs patio and roof-top terrace are available for all guests. Breakfast, served on our open-air terrace, is delightful. Sunset from our rooftop is almost overwheming!
Our gardens are quite splendid. We have many types of seasonal fruits, including avocado, mango, papaya, banana and almond trees. Flowering plants are everywhere, and gardenias are always blossoming. In late summer, our Flamboyans are in full bloom. Imagine having your reunion, wedding or reception in these beautiful gardens!
Our pool is very cool, ideal for a long soak in between tanning sessions on the adjoining deck.
Malecon House sits at the far end of the Esperanza Malecon. You can easily stroll to beaches, bio-bay tours, shopping boutiques, cafes, restauraunts and night life. We have off-street parking if you decide to rent a vehicle.

At the relaxed western end of the Malecon, set behind mature native trees and embraced by tropical surroundings, is the comfortably elegant Malecon House. A modern Inn of two stories and ten rooms, the Inn has a clear view of the quiet bay and perfect access to Esperanza and its namesake Malecon. Beaches, activities, shopping and nightlife are just steps away.
Guests at Malecon House can enjoy breakfast on the patio, or find a shady spot in the gardens with a cool drink and a book. A refreshing dip in the pool and sunbathing on the deck is a fine way to spend the afternoon. Sunsets from atop the roof deck are astounding.
