Palio - a Puerto Rican fusion cuisine
Palio restaurant specializes in Puerto Rican fusion cuisine, offering fresh, natural, flavorful ingredients to capture the best of the island culinary tradition. Located on the second floor of the Sheraton Old San Juan Hotel & Casino, Palio is conveniently located in the heart of Old San Juan and features spectacular views of the San Juan Bay. Senses will be immersed in the delicious flavor of Palio's signature dishes, including mouthwatering "Kan-Kan" pork chops, tapas, select meats, and an array of fine wines.
While taking in the views, guests can also savor some of Palio's specialty drinks, such as the Tuscan Lemoncello Mojito, which adds a delicious Italian twist to one of Puerto Rico's hottest drinks. Putting the perfect end to every meal, Palio has a sweet assortment of desserts and cordials, including homemade tiramisu, creme brulee, Italian grapas, and international port wines.
Chicago Burger Company
Build your own burger at our new indoor-outdoor restaurant located on the scenic San Juan Bay. Choose between the Certified Angus beef burger, savory salmon, healthy vegetarian and more. Enjoy an oversized patty cooked to perfection and generously topped with a unique variety of hot and cold trimmings or traditional favorites.

We offer in room dining seven days a week from 6:30 am - 11:00 am and 4:00 pm - 11:00 pm.

Health Club
Our Health Club is located on the top floor of the hotel and features a spectacular bay view, well equipped with the latest exercise and conditioning equipment, including treadmill, stepmaster, bicycle and universal weight machine. Separate shower and dressing facilities are available. Use of the facilities is exclusive and complimentary to hotel guests.
Swimming Pool
We offer our guests a rooftop swimming pool and a relaxing Jacuzzi Whirlpool overlooking the beautiful San Juan Bay.
Casino
A spectacular 7,000 square foot Casino awaits you at the Sheraton Old San Juan Hotel and Casino, featuring over 350 new slot machines including the some of the most popular progressive jackpots. Try your luck at the table games, including Black Jack, Three Card Poker, Caribbean Stud Poker, and Roulette. The excitement begins daily at 8:00 a.m. and continues until 4:00 am.

Transportation
Taxi Service - Available from the airport to the hotel are designated tourist taxis. The approximate rate is $21.00 for a one-way trip.
Trolley Service - The Municipality of San Juan provides a complimentary trolley service throughout the day within the historic zone.
Other Private Transportation - Upon request, we can arrange limousine or chartered bus service.
Airport Information
Luis Munoz Marin International Airport (SJU) - Located about 19 minutes from the hotel (12.78 miles), SJU services major airlines including American, American Eagle, United, Delta, Northwest, USAir, Spirit, Continental, Iberia, AirTran and JetBlue.
Ribas Dominicci Airport - Located about 5 to 10 minutes from the hotel on Isla Grande (approximately 2 miles), servicing regional traffic only.
Points of Interest
The historic district of Old San Juan surrounds the hotel with its blue cobblestone streets, while El Morro, San Cristobal Fortress, Del Cristo Chapel, La Fortaleza and many more historical buildings and monuments are within walking distance. Other nearby attractions include spectacular beaches and other natural wonders, as well as the Bacardi Rum Distillery.
Tours can be arranged through the concierge to visit the El Yunque Rain Forest, Luquillo Beach and the Camuy Caverns. Other sightseeing opportunities include La Parguera Phosphorescent Bay, the Dry Forest of Gu?nica, the colonial city of Ponce, the Arecibo Observatory and the panoramic mountain range sightseeing route.
