The dining area/kitchen which is modern and fully equipped has a table with seating for four, cooking utensils, dishes, cutlery, microwave, stove, refrigerator and more. The laundry contains a washer.
Conveniently located in San Juan, two minutes from the Croisee, Eastern Main Road, Priority Bus Route, Supermarkets, Banks, Gyms, 15 minutes from Port-of-Spain, the country's capital city and business centre.
