Set among lush native foliage and
sweeping palms, Hibiscus Beach Resortis comprised of 38 rooms in 6 Beachfront buildings, on some of St Croix's most desired acreage of beautiful white powdery sand beach with stunning vistas.
Hibiscus Beach Resort is centrally located on the North shore of St Croix, only minutes from downtown historic Christiansted and the charming boardwalk and downtown
tourist shopping, and only 15 minutes from the island's main airport. The seaplane and
ferry are a convenient 10 minute drive to the quaint harbor in old downtown Christiansted.
Accommodations
Accommodations at Hibiscus Beach Resort are contained in six freestanding beachfront buildings, which are situated in various locations on the resort grounds.
All buildings sit on beautiful Pelican Cove Beach and all rooms have beach and ocean views of some sort. Some buildings sit very
close to the ocean with essentially unobstructed ocean views but do not offer as much shade as others. Other buildings that sit back from the water among a scattering of palms and hammocks have generally very good ocean views. A few buildings sit somewhat further back from the ocean but are still located on the beach, and have partial or limited ocean views among tropical coconut palms. None of our buildings are more than a hundred or so feet from the ocean's edge.
Dining
Chef Jason and his rock-star staff invite you to enjoy contemporary cuisine in a setting straight out of a postcard. Jason Gould, a graduate of Johnson and Wales Culinary Institute, shows a passion in the kitchen that has earned him a growing reputation among residents and visitors.
Surrounded by stunning beach, the sounds of crashing waves, and magnificent horizon vistas of aqua blue waters with infinite blue skies, our restaurant is convenient to our hotel guests and is also popular among local Islanders. Our
Dining Room can be transformed into any decor to compliment your special occasion from Wedding on the Beach to Birthday Bash. A la Carte, Buffet Selections, and
Specialty Menus are available to suit the needs of any type of special gathering.
