Our family owned and operated apartments are conveniently located; 20 minutes from the airport and only 5 minutes from the beach, shopping and downtown business area. With a Zoover.nl rating of 9.2 out of 10.
Our apartments are single one bedroom apartments.
There are 10 apartments and each apartment is approximately 500 square feet. The interior consists of a split living/dining room with kitchen. Each apartment is fully furnished with an extra Murphy bed in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, pots, pans, utensils, plates, glasses, toaster, coffee maker, electric stove and a large refrigerator. There are fans in each room with an AC in the bedrooms. Every apartment has a private patio with table and chairs. Our prices include water, electric, 10Kw of AC per 24 hours, security, internet, tv and weekly cleanings for those 7 days or more.
We also have a tropical garden where you can sit back, relax and have a drink under our banana and fruit trees. There are umbrellas, tables and chairs and a barbeque for everyone to use free of charge.
Our apartments and garden are very well maintained, this is a small complex so personal service is to your advantage. We will treat you like a KING!!! Sorry pets are not allowed on the premises.
The neighborhood is very safe with nearby shopping, several restaurants and night clubs within walking distance. A bus stop is close by to commute to downtown and local beaches. The complex is gated and protected with security cameras.
