You really are in the Heart of Condado and if you are going to be doing some Gambling the biggest Casino in the area is in just 1/2 block away as is the Central Park of Condado. All the bistros, side walk cafe's, and Boutique shops at your door step! The famous Condado Beach right is a short 1.5 blocks away.
