Cayman Islands (September 28, 2012) - The fifth annual Cayman Cookout is one of the marquee events kicking off yet another year of gastronomic delights in the Cayman Islands - the Culinary Capital of the Caribbean! Cayman Cookout is hosted by Chef Eric Ripert of acclaimed restaurant Blue at The Ritz-Carlton, Grand Cayman, and promises four days of mouth-watering indulgence and personal encounters with internationally renowned chefs and wine experts from January 17-20, 2013.

Brought to the table by the Cayman Islands Department of Tourism, The Ritz-Carlton, Grand Cayman and Food + Wine magazine, Cayman Cookout is a culinary adventure in which to savor unparalleled cuisine prepared by some of the world's top chefs, along with exclusive demonstrations, tastings, excursions and events.
