Divi and Tamarijn Aruba Hotels Ranked 1 and 2 by Tripadvisor Ranking Reflects Guest Satisfaction, Follows 2011 Kudos from Top Travel Brands Press Release 2012
Oranjestad, Aruba (February 15, 2012) - 2012 is shaping up as another banner year for the Divi & Tamarijn Aruba All Inclusives, which have just been ranked as the #1 and #2 hotels in Oranjestad, Aruba, on TripAdvisor for the first time.
"It's truly an honor to hold these top spots on TripAdvisor because the ratings upon which the properties are ranked come directly from our guests," said Alex Nieuwmeyer, Managing Director of Divi Resorts Aruba and Bonaire.

TripAdvisor is the world's largest travel site, offering trusted advice from real travelers and a wide variety of travel choices and planning features with seamless links to booking tools. TripAdvisor-branded sites make up the largest travel community in the world, with more than 50 million unique monthly visitors (Source: comScore Media Metrix for TripAdvisor Sites, Worldwide, August 2011), and over 60 million reviews and opinions. The sites operate in 30 countries worldwide.
In May 2011, TripAdvisor awarded a 2011 TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence to the Tamarijn Aruba. The certificate is presented to properties who consistently receive excellent ratings from TripAdvisor members. That same month, the Divi & Tamarijn Aruba were named recipients of the inaugural Travelocity Excellence Award.
They were among just 500 hotels out of more than 70,000 offered on Travelocity's website recognized by the organization for their commitment to provide only the best experiences to guests. In June 2011, the Divi & Tamarijn Aruba were named among the 10 Best Affordable All-Inclusive Resorts by Travel + Leisure.
Previously, the Divi & Tamarijn Aruba All Inclusives have received accolades from Apple Vacations and Caribbean Travel + Life magazine. Both properties received silver Earthcheck Certification in February 2011.
Located just thirty minutes from the airport and five minutes from Aruba's capital city, Oranjestad, the Divi & Tamarijn Aruba resorts are set on beautiful Druif Beach, with a shopping arcade and the Alhambra Casino nearby. Guests staying at either the AAA 3-Diamond Divi Aruba or the adjacent, oceanfront Tamarijn Aruba have use of all facilities and services of both properties.
