It features air conditioning, a well-equipped chef’s kitchen with breakfast bar, spacious open dining/living area, 50-inch satellite TV with a surround sound entertainment center, phone, VHF radio, private dock on the property, private slip at Marnie’s Creek Marina, backup generator, gas barbeque and a spacious deck with a heated, freshwater swimming pool. The living and bdrm areas are surrounded by French doors offering spectacular views of the Sea of Abaco. The master bdrm has a king-sized bed, TV, and balcony with beautiful views of the surrounding islands. Two guest suites have private baths. Smoking is not permitted.
