It features air conditioning, ceiling fans throughout, a fully equipped kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances and Italian stone counter tops, breakfast bar, formal dining room, two living rooms with adjacent decks outfitted with teak furnishings for alfresco dining, flat-screen TV, plasma-screen TV, satellite receivers, DVD/CD player, surround sound speakers in most rooms, Internet access, private dock with golf cart access, barbeque and a spacious deck with swimming pool and pergola. The master bdrm has a king-sized bed, ensuite bath with double vanity, walk-in shower and Jacuzzi tub with ocean views. Two guest rooms also have ensuite baths with walk-in showers. A washer and dryer are available.
