Tilloo Pond is a luxury waterfront estate comprised of three separate villas (5,400 sq ft of living space) connected by covered walkways. The main villa has a master suite, gourmet kitchen with a breakfast island, large inside and outside dining rooms and a great room/conference room with a fireplace and surrounding ocean views. The master suite villa consists of a spacious bdrm and master bath surrounded by island views. The two-story guest villa has a living room, a master suite and two bdrms all with their own baths and private balconies overlooking the surrounding islands. The estate has 6000 sq ft of covered verandas, a gazebo, lavish gardens, a swimming pool and a private dock, with electrical and water hookups, in a fully protected harbour.
