Located just above the Leverick Bay Resort and Marina, Cinnamon Spice-n-All Things Nice consists of four two-bdrm, two-bath condos (Sea Grape, Sea Fan, Flamingo and Conch Shell) each with spectacular views of North Sound, Mosquito Island and the Caribbean Sea beyond. Each condo features a breezy wraparound terrace, indoor and outdoor dining, air conditioning, a full modern kitchen, spacious living area, sofa bed, cable TV, phone, safe, barbecue and daily maid service (except Sun and bank holidays). The condos are just a few steps away from the resort�s beach, freshwater swimming pool, restaurants, shopping, marina, tennis court, water activities and resort spa.

Rates are pro-rated to a seven-night stay and include a 7% government tax and 12% service fee. Premium rates may apply during Christmas, Thanksgiving and holidays. Reduced rates may be available for using less bdrms. The min booking period in the summer is five nights and in the winter, seven nights, however, during Christmas (Dec 15-Jan 4) and holidays the min booking period is 10 nights.
