DESCRIPTION:
Situated above Clarke Rock in Leverick Bay, Euphoria is a four-bdrm, five-bath villa with spectacular views of North Sound and the surrounding islands. It features a sweeping sundeck with a swimming pool, air conditioning, ultra-modern kitchen, living and dining room, entertaining area and daily maid service (except Sun and bank holidays). The master bdrm opens onto the pool deck, and has an ensuite bath. Two other bdrms each have twin beds and share a bath. A fourth bdrm has air conditioning, a kitchen, sitting area, queen-sized bed and ensuite bath. Tennis, shopping, restaurants, nightlife and beaches are only a two-min walk away.

POLICIES:
Rates are pro-rated to a seven-night stay and include a 7% government tax and 12% service fee. Premium rates may apply during Christmas, Thanksgiving and holidays. Reduced rates may be available for using less bdrms. The min booking period in the summer is five nights and in the winter, seven nights, however, during Christmas (Dec 15-Jan 4) and holidays the min booking period is 10 nights.
