DESCRIPTION:
Located right on the beach in Leverick Bay, L'il Blue is a two-bdrm, three-bath, two-storey villa whose lower level can be rented as a separate efficiency. The upper level features a verandah with stunning views over North Sound, open plan living/dining/kitchen areas, a bath and master bdrm with a king-sized bed and ensuite bath. The lower level has two porches, a small kitchen, bath and bdrm with a queen-sized bed. The villa has a sundeck with a freshwater swimming pool, daily maid service (except Sun and bank holidays), and is within a short walk from the Leverick Bay Resort and Marina with its restaurant, watersports, laundromat, spa, shops, pool and tennis court.

POLICIES:
Rates are pro-rated to a seven-night stay and include a 7% government tax and 12% service fee. Premium rates may apply during Christmas, Thanksgiving and holidays. Reduced rates may be available for using less bdrms. The min booking period in the summer is five nights and in the winter, seven nights, however, during Christmas (Dec 15-Jan 4) and holidays the min booking period is 10 nights.
NEAREST AIRPORT: Terrance B Lettsome International Airport (EIS) on Beef Island, which is at the eastern end of Tortola, and then a five-min flight to the Virgin Gorda airport (VIJ) or a ferry ride to the Virgin Gorda ferry terminal in Spanish Town, The Valley
