DESCRIPTION:
Located in gorgeous Mahoe Bay, Open Deck is a spacious three-bdrm, three-bath villa. Completed in February 2002, it features a magnificent white-sand beach, a sundeck with a swimming pool overlooking the water, covered patio, kitchen, indoor and outdoor living and dining areas, TV, DVD and CD players, phone, fax and daily maid service (except Sun and bank holidays). All bdrms open onto the pool terrace and have air conditioning. A tennis court is located next door and a fabulous gourmet restaurant is within a short stroll down the beach.

POLICIES:
Rates are pro-rated to a seven-night stay and include a 7% government tax and 12% service fee. Premium rates may apply during Christmas, Thanksgiving and holidays. Reduced rates may be available for using less bdrms. The min booking period in the summer is five nights and in the winter, seven nights, however, during Christmas (Dec 15-Jan 4) and holidays the min booking period is 10 nights.
NEAREST AIRPORT: Terrance B Lettsome International Airport (EIS) on Beef Island, which is at the eastern end of Tortola, and then a five-min flight to the Virgin Gorda airport (VIJ) or a ferry ride to the Virgin Gorda ferry terminal in Spanish Town, The Valley
