DESCRIPTION:
Located on the cool hillside above Leverick Bay, Sea View is two-bdrm, two-bath home, which shares its property with an efficiency cottage, Sea Breeze. Sea View features spectacular views over North Sound and the Caribbean Sea beyond, a wraparound deck, outdoor dining, a well-equipped kitchen, open plan living/dining area and daily maid service (except Sun and bank holidays). The master bdrm opens onto a balcony and has an ensuite bath. The second bdrm has two twin beds. The beach is within a six-min drive. The two villas can be rented together or separately.

POLICIES:
Rates are pro-rated to a seven-night stay and include a 7% government tax and 12% service fee. Premium rates may apply during Christmas, Thanksgiving and holidays. Reduced rates may be available for using less bdrms. The min booking period in the summer is five nights and in the winter, seven nights, however, during Christmas (Dec 15–Jan 4) and holidays the min booking period is 10 nights.
