Situated at the end of famous Seven Mile Beach, Crescent Point is an elegant beachfront resort located within easy walking distance of restaurants, beach bars watersports shops and entertainment. Unit #12 is a three-bdrm, two-bath apartment with a pool/beach view. It features central air conditioning, ceiling fans, a fully equipped kitchen, breakfast bar, spacious living/dining area, cable TV, DVD, stereo and a large screened and furnished porch. The bdrms contain one king- and one queen-sized bed and two twin beds. The master bdrm has an ensuite bath with double sinks and a separate oversized tub and shower. Property amenities include a large free-form swimming pool, heated Jacuzzi, poolside barbecue area, exercise room, elevators, fish pond and lush landscaping.
