The bdrms contain one king-, one queen-sized and one twin bed. The villa is within easy walking distance of an excellent restaurant, beach bar, watersports shop, tennis courts and ferry service to a golf course at the Hyatt Regency Hotel. It is within a 10-min drive of more restaurants, a marina, another ferry service to another golf course and a grocery store.
