DESCRIPTION:
Situated on a promontory at the northernmost point of Grenada in the parish of St Patrick, Summerhill is a spacious four-bdrm, 4.5-bath hillside villa set on two acres 150 ft above sea level. Decorated with locally made mahogany, teak, red cedar and blue mahoe Arts and Crafts furnishings, it features louvered windows, tropical wood fittings, tiled floors, an airy Pullman kitchen, a full dining room, a 20-ft pyramid ceiling in the living room as well as 11 louvered doors that open out onto a veranda, a breezeway, a large swimming pool overlooking the ocean and staff, including a housekeeper and gardener/handyman. Each bdrm has an ensuite bath, balcony and a view of the ocean. Two beaches are within walking distance.
