DESCRIPTION:
Situated on Clarke's Court Bay on the south coast, Tivigny House is a three-bdrm, oceanfront villa designed by Tortola-based British architect Michael Helm. It features fabulous views of the bay and the ocean beyond, a sundeck with wet bar and shower, a saline infinity-edge swimming pool, gazebo, footpath leading to a small black-sand beach, private jetty, outdoor dining, a verandah, open plan kitchen/dining area with views over the pool and out to sea, sitting room, large ceiling fans, screened windows and doors and a housekeeper (on weekdays). All bdrms open onto a balcony and have air conditioning and an ensuite bath. One bdrm has a king-sized bed and a second bdrm has two twin beds, which can be arranged as a king-sized bed. A third bdrm has two 4.5 ft beds and can accommodate an additional cot or rollaway bed. The villa is located 10 mins from the Grand Anse area.
