DESCRIPTION:
Located in the Coral Cove area of L'Anse aux Epines on the southernmost tip of Grenada, Ixora is a three-bdrm, three-bath villa situated right on the water. Built in 2002, it features a sundeck with a 27 ft swimming pool, gazebo with a double whirlpool bath, two outdoor showers, a fully equipped kitchen, dining room overlooking the pool deck, living room with French doors leading to the terrace, English pine and rattan furniture, laundry facilities, two cable TVs, two CD players, CD library, Internet access, fax machine, extensive library, games, 220-volt and 110-volt outlets and a housekeeper/laundress. All bdrms have air conditioning. Two bdrms each have an iron four-poster king-sized bed with mosquito netting and the third bdrm has two twin beds.
