DESCRIPTION:
Located in the Silver Sands/Rio Bueno area, La Hacienda is a five-bdrm, six-bath, child-friendly villa situated in a garden setting. It features a large freshwater swimming pool complete with a shallow wading area and swim lane, terrace overlooking the pool and Caribbean Sea, front and back verandahs, fully equipped kitchen with a bar, outdoor dining, cozy dining room, sitting room with games, den, seven satellite TVs, CD/cassette stereo, laundry facilities, baby equipment, barbecue, bicycles and a full staff, including a cook, housekeeper and gardener. All bdrms have air conditioning, ceiling fans, satellite TV and ensuite baths. The master bdrm has a queen-sized bed, Jacuzzi tub and patio/balcony access. The remaining bdrms contain one king- and two queen-sized beds and two double beds. The villa is within and walking distance of the Silver Sands beach, club house and tennis court.
