DESCRIPTION:
Located in Boscobel, Ocho Rios, Villa Chica is one of three houses on the seven-acre, beachfront estate of Blue Harbour, which was once owned by English actor, playwright and songwriter Sir Noel Coward. Villa Chica is a large, romantic, one-bath, seaside studio with spectacular views of the Caribbean Sea, the Blue Mountains and Cabrita Island. Once frequented by Marlena Dietrich, Katherine Hepburn and many other famous guests, Villa Chica has high ceilings, large French windows opening to the sea, two double beds, a walk-in closet, full bath, a small library, outdoor dining, CD/cassette player, radio, ceiling fan and a large veranda with hammocks and lounge chairs. Property amenities includes a saltwater swimming pool, Jacuzzi, private beach, barbeque, hammocks, gazebo, patios, games, washing machine, baby equipment, activity coordinator, tour desk, restaurant, bar and a full staff, including babysitting and daily maid services.
