DESCRIPTION:
Located on 14 acres in Ocho Rios, Rio Chico is a luxurious eight-bdrm, eight-bath, child-friendly seaside estate with beautiful gardens, waterfalls, and rivers running through the property. It features two private beaches, two freshwater swimming pools, a tennis court, numerous patios and covered verandahs, a fully equipped kitchen, formal dining room, bar, library, spacious living room, study, computer, printer, fax machine, photocopier, satellite TV, VCR, CD player, board games, laundry facilities, a sunfish, windsurfer, paddleboat, 24-hr security, babysitting services and a full staff, including a chef, butler, housekeeper and gardeners. All bdrms open onto a patio/balcony and have an ensuite bath, air conditioning, a ceiling fan, satellite TV and a phone. The master bdrm has a king-sized bed, a rollaway bed and a safe. The remaining bdrms contain four king- and two queen-sized beds, two double beds and a sofa bed. Six bdrms are housed in the main house and two bdrms are located in a guest cottage. Guests enjoy complimentary green fees at the Sandals Golf & Country Club, a short ride away.
