DESCRIPTION:
Located on one hillside acre with many fruit and flowering plants, including a banana grove and a pineapple patch, Egret House consists of two separate apartments on two levels. The upstairs one-bdrm, one-bath apartment features a sundeck with a swimming pool, large verandah with a view of Woodlands Beach, full kitchen, living room, cable TV, local phone service, ceiling fans in bdrms, washing machine and housekeeping service three mornings per week. The lower level self-contained studio apartment has its own kitchen and sitting area. The beach is a five-min walk away. Rent both apartments or just the upper apartment.

POLICIES:
Rentals are quoted on a weekly basis, and partial weeks over one week are pro-rated. A 7% government tax is added to all rentals less than 60 days in length. Premium rates may apply during Christmas and New Years.
