DESCRIPTION:
Located at the bottom of Mango Falls Lane near Woodlands Beach, Mango Falls is a four-bdrm, four-bath waterfront villa set hillside in a tropical rainforest overlooking the sea. It features a terra cotta sundeck with a swimming pool nestled between the main house and two guest rooms, a verandah that runs the length of the home overlooking the beach, full gourmet kitchen, wet bar, spacious great room with comfy plump sofas, cable TV, local phone service, carport, laundry facilities and housekeeping service three mornings per week. All bdrms have access to the pool and have a ceiling fan and ensuite bath, and two have air conditioning. The master bdrm has a queen-sized bed and the other bdrms contain a queen-sized and four twin beds. A path leads to the bottom of the property and the Caribbean Sea.

POLICIES:
Rentals are quoted on a weekly basis, and partial weeks over one week are pro-rated. A 7% government tax is added to all rentals less than 60 days in length. Premium rates may apply during Christmas and New Years.
NEAREST AIRPORT: VC Bird International Airport (ANU) in Antigua or Princess Juliana Airport (SXM) in St Maarten, and then a short flight to Gerald's Airport on Montserrat
