DESCRIPTION:
Surrounded by half an acre of lush landscaping in Providenciales, Sunset Point is a four-bdrm oceanfront villa with incredible ocean views. This 4000-square-foot villa features a spacious sundeck with a swimming pool overlooking the ocean, steps from the sundeck leading down to the water, alfresco dining, covered balconies, wraparound decks, large eat-in kitchen, great room with vaulted ceilings and rows of screened sliding glass doors, cable TV, CD stereo, CD library, free high-speed wireless Internet, game room with a ping pong table and big-screen TV, Sony PlayStation 2, DVD/VCR player with movie library, board games, barbecue, laundry facilities and mid-stay maid service. All bdrms have air conditioning, a ceiling fan, large private balcony, queen-sized bed, ensuite bath and incredible ocean views. One bdrm has a loft with a futon bed and the game room also has a sleeper sofa. Three bdrms are housed in an adjoining wing and open only onto the covered decks with no interior hallways. The sugar-white sands of Taylor Bay Beach are located a four-min stroll away.

POLICIES:
A portion of all rental receipts donated to the Red Cross. Bookings are generally from Saturday to Saturday, and until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice. A 10% government accommodations tax is added to all rates. A 25% deposit is required upon booking with the balance due 60 days prior to arrival. You may cancel and get a full refund (less 10% of total rental administration fee) up to 90 days prior to arrival. Within 90 days, a refund is subject to re-letting the property. Two week minimum bookings apply during the Christmas holidays. Additional maid service is available for $8 an hour with a three-hour minimum. A cook or chef is available for hire at an additional rate.
