DESCRIPTION:
Located in the quiet hills overlooking Teague Bay in the east end, Starry Night is a spacious three-bdrm, three-bath, Mediterranean-style villa. It features an expansive wooden sundeck with a swimming pool, sea views through louvered windows, a full kitchen, high-beamed ceilings in the great room, a study, ceiling fans, TV, VCR, stereo, Internet access, games, books, barbecue, beach cooler, all linen and towels, laundry facilities and once weekly maid service. Two bdrms each have air conditioning, a king-sized bed and an ensuite bath. A very private master bdrm, located at one end of the house, has a four-poster bed and large dressing/bath area. On the other side of the great room a second master bdrm opens onto the pool deck. The third bdrm has two twin beds. A beach, restaurant, nine-hole golf course and gourmet convenience store are located just below in the valley and the Divi Carina Bay Beach Resort & Casino is located a few miles east.

POLICIES:
No pets allowed unless prior arrangements have been made. Rates do not include 8% Hotel Tax. A 50% deposit due within 14 days of booking confirms your reservation. The balance, plus a $500 damage deposit, is payable 45 days prior to arrival. No refunds will be granted unless there is a problem which cannot be resolved within 24 hours or which causes the guest(s) extreme and undue discomfort or serious inconvenience. During high season no refunds are granted unless a replacement booking is found, at which point an 80% refund is made. During low season an 80% refund will only be made with more than 45 days notice. Damage deposits are refunded within 30-45 days of your departure provided there is no breakage, damage, missing items, long-distance calls charged to the villa�s phone or extraordinary clean up. Reduced rates may be available for using less bdrms. Premium rates may apply during Christmas. Initial provisioning is available and charged at cost plus $25/hr for shopping.
