DESCRIPTION:
Located on Carolina Ridge bordering Virgin Islands National Park, Luminaria is a three-bdrm, 3.5-bath hilltop villa with a 270-degree spectacular view. It features 3,800 sq ft of indoor living space, a 2000 sq ft sun patio, free-form swimming pool with a waterfall, Jacuzzi, poolside wet bar, expansive wraparound decks, lush landscaping, expansive sliding glass doors, oversized windows, indoor and outdoor dining, fully equipped gourmet kitchen, great room with cathedral ceilings, den with a queen-sized sofa bed, abundant ceiling fans, satellite TV, VCR, DVD and CD players, music and video library, safe, laundry facilities, beach coolers and chairs, barbecue and mid-week maid service. All bdrms have air conditioning, an ensuite bath and a king-sized bed, one of which can be converted into two twin beds. The master bdrm opens onto a private deck. The villa is located close to North Shore beaches only 20 mins to the Cruz Bay ferry dock. Children more than six years old welcome.
