DESCRIPTION:
Located in lower Peter Bay, Rivendell is an unusually intimate yet spacious three-bdrm, 4.5-bath, non-smoking hillside villa consisting of two pavilions linked by tiled walkways and a pool deck. It features a large sundeck with a swimming pool, wet bar, fruit trees, formal outdoor dining area, indoor/outdoor kitchen with a breakfast bar, great room with multiple sitting areas, high ceilings with drop ceiling fans, games room, satellite TV, VCR, DVD and CD player, music library, office with computer, wireless high-speed Internet access, printer, answering machines, Jacuzzi bath, automatic generator, laundry facilities, safe, barbecue, beach coolers and chairs and mid-week maid service. All bdrms have air conditioning and an ensuite bath with a large walk-in shower. The spacious master bdrm opens onto a balcony and has a four-poster king-sized bed and ensuite bath with a garden-style shower. A guest pavilion houses a single bdrm suite on each of its two levels. A garden path provides a short cut to Peter Bay beach. Children more than eight years old welcome.
