Built in 2005, it features multi-level decks including a huge sundeck with a swimming pool, tropical landscaping, air conditioning throughout, indoor Jacuzzi for two, alfresco dining on a covered patio, a gourmet kitchen, two dining areas, great room, a second living room, nine cable TVs, DVD and CD players, video and music library, office, computer, high-speed Internet access, a full gym, second smaller kitchen on the lower level, laundry facilities, safe, automatic generator, electronic gate, snorkel gear and twice weekly maid service. All bdrms have a plasma TV and ensuite bath, all of which feature marble tile work. The bdrms contain two double, two king- and two queen-sized beds. A coral beach is located a short walk away.
