DESCRIPTION:
Set on nearly one acre 45 ft above the beach overlooking Chocolate Hole Bay, Villa St John is a magnificent, spacious six-bdrm, 6.5-bath, child-friendly luxury Mediterranean-style beachfront estate consisting of a 4,500 sq ft main home and a 2,200 sq ft cottage. Completely remodeled in 2004, it features a large sundeck with a lit swimming pool and stone spa, outdoor rinsing shower, custom-made deck furniture, multiple covered and uncovered decks, fully equipped gourmet kitchen, wet bar and bar tables, dining room, cable TV, VCR, DVD and CD players, laundry facilities, Weber Genesis gas barbecue, beach and pool toys, double kayak and twice weekly maid service. Both villas have a spacious great room opening onto a private dining deck. All six master suites are air conditioned and have a safe, mini fridge, cable TV, VCR and an ensuite bath with a Jacuzzi tub. They contain four king- and two queen-sized beds. A talented chef is also available for hire.
