DESCRIPTION:
Located on a half acre of landscaped grounds in the Ironshore Resort Estate near Montego Bay, Sunshine is six-bdrm, five-bath, child-friendly hillside villa with views of the Ironshore Golf Club and Caribbean Sea. It features a freshwater swimming pool with views of the sea, spa facilities, outdoor dining, a full kitchen, cooling 20 ft cathedral ceilings in the living/dining area, a full bath, cable TV, VCR, CD/cassette player, games, laundry facilities, barbecue, activity coordinator, babysitting services and a staff of seven, including a cook. The main floor has four bdrms and three baths, and two connecting villa suites on the upper level each have a bdrm, bath and balcony. All bdrms have cable TV, air conditioning, a ceiling fan and safe, and all but one have a patio/balcony. Four bdrms have ensuite baths, including the master, which also has a CD player and king-sized bed. The remaining bdrms contain one queen-sized bed, a sofa bed, and four double and four twin beds. Two bdrms also have mini-refrigerators. Four golf courses, beaches, shopping, nightclubs and restaurants are located within a short ride.
