DESCRIPTION:
Perched atop a private hill in Estate Shoys, Mango Hill is a four-bdrm, 4.5-bath villa with spectacular views of the Caribbean Sea and Christiansted harbour. It features covered and furnished verandahs leading to a spacious terrace and 40 ft swimming pool, a gourmet kitchen with state-of-the-art stainless steel appliances, museum-quality artworks and antiques, designer fabrics throughout, formal dining room, spacious living room, 30 ft library, ceiling fans, flat-screen satellite TV, VCR, DVD player, stereo, wireless high-speed Internet access, games, barbecue, beach cooler, all linen and towels, laundry facilities and once weekly maid service. All bdrms have air conditioning and ensuite baths. They contain one queen- and two king-sized beds and two twin beds. Adjoining the pool terrace is a guesthouse with a bdrm and sitting room. Shoys’ white sandy beach is within a two-min drive or short walk away. The Buccaneer resort’s 18-hole golf course, tennis courts and spa are located nearby, as is the Danish colonial town of Christiansted.

POLICIES:
No pets allowed unless prior arrangements have been made. Rates do not include 8% Hotel Tax. A 50% deposit due within 14 days of booking confirms your reservation. The balance, plus a $500 damage deposit, is payable 45 days prior to arrival. No refunds will be granted unless there is a problem which cannot be resolved within 24 hours or which causes the guest(s) extreme and undue discomfort or serious inconvenience. During high season no refunds are granted unless a replacement booking is found, at which point an 80% refund is made. During low season an 80% refund will only be made with more than 45 days notice. Damage deposits are refunded within 30-45 days of your departure provided there is no breakage, damage, missing items, long-distance calls charged to the villa’s phone or extraordinary clean up. Reduced rates may be available for using less bdrms. Premium rates may apply during Christmas. Initial provisioning is available and charged at cost plus $25/hr for shopping.
