Cap Juluca Anguilla 2005 Mind Body Program

Led by Diana Bourel, Cutting Edge Mind Body Spirit Program Available Monthly

Maundays Bay, Anguilla (October 4, 2004) - Cap Juluca, Anguilla, coordinating with leading transpersonal therapist Diana Bourel, has set 2005 dates for the award-winning hotel's popular and cutting edge Mind, Body and Spirit program. Bourel leads a team of three other practitioners in a unique menu of signature treatments that include spiritual astrology, shamanic work, psychospiritual work, yoga, intuitive healing and spiritual circuit training. Now available and new to the program is Shiatsu.

The team will be at Cap Juluca Jan.15-22; Feb. 5-12; Mar. 12-19; Apr. 9-16; May 14-21; June 4-11; July 16-23; Aug. 20-27; Nov. 12-19 and Dec. 3-10, 2005. Practitioners include Bourel, a trained past-life therapist and intuitive healer, kinesiologist and certified yoga instructor; Thierry Liot, who has a private consulting practice for shamanic healing; spiritual astrologer Hubert Delamotte; and Leisha Douglas, PhD, who incorporates clinical psychology, somatic psychotherapy, channeling, yoga and meditation into consultations. Dr. Douglas will participate in Cap Juluca's January and November programs only.

Bourel's "Coming Home" sessions use storytelling, channeling, bioenergetics and other transpersonal tools to help the client step into a higher ground by highlighting the spiritual dimension of the client's life. Liot's "Tree of Life" is spine-specific, using massage and therapeutic essential oils that decongest and oxygenate for heightened well being and comfort. His "Soul Awakening" evolved from an ancient Egyptian healing art that includes the stimulation of meridian points and the application of crushed gemstone poultices and essential oils to alleviate stress, anxiety and depression and promote and enhance life force. Liot is now offering the ancient healing art of shiatsu, as well.

A veteran astrologer, Delamotte helps clients understand and accept the past, enjoy the present and prepare for and embrace the future with humor and incisive explanations. Douglas' consultations lead clients to get the support needed to thrive physically, emotionally and spiritually.

In conjunction with the program, daily classes include yoga with Bourel and Liot's "Life in Movement," which is "spiritual circuit training" specially designed to stimulate, invigorate and balance the entire body.

Each of the signature treatments encompassed by the Mind, Body and Spirit program can be taken à la carte, with rates ranging from $30-$190 per person. Bourel and Delamotte also offer couples sessions. The program is available as a complete plan beginning at $3,645 per person or $5,125 per couple, with the rate depending on time of year. Included are five nights' accommodation, full American or English breakfast and lunch or dinner daily, one coming home/transpersonal session, one soul awakening, one astrology reading, an aromatherapy massage, four group yoga or life in movement classes and hotel tax and service charge.

Included in the daily rate for all Cap Juluca guests is Continental breakfast served on the guests' terrace; all water sports; day and night tennis; croquet; golf at the aqua driving range and putting green; use of the fitness center; bottle of rum and mini-bar set up; afternoon tea and horticultural tours. A wide variety of spa rituals ranging from Holistic Aromatherapy Facials to Jamu Massages and the Lulur Royal Ritual are available.
From now through December 16, 2005, daily rates at Cap Juluca range from $345 to $980 per room, depending on time of year and type of accommodation. Private pool suites also are available.

Cap Juluca is a secluded, sophisticated and romantic 179 acre retreat with 58 spacious luxury rooms and junior suites, seven suites and six pool villas located in 18 very private white Moorish style two story beachfront villas. All rooms have ocean views and are air conditioned. There is a junior Olympic sized swimming pool and a choice of two beaches: the white stretch of sand of Maundays Bay and Cove Bay, another 1.5-mile sandy beach. Cap Juluca is a member of Leading Small Hotels of the World.
