Cuisinart Resort Anguilla Dining

New Year brings host of new dining options at the CuisinArt Resort & Spa

NEW YORK, January 3, 2005 – The Tapas Lounge and Rum Bar introduces the Spanish custom of bringing friends and family together to share good food, drink and conversation. Small plates of lively, intriguing foods are perfect to accompany a glass of sherry, wine, rum punch or margarita. Open nightly except Tuesdays, with the added enjoyment of live music Wednesday through Sunday.

Petal's Potions, in our lobby, offers refreshing fruit and vegetable juices, fruit smoothies and tasty blender drinks from 8 am to 4 pm. Delectable, healthy snacks are available throughout the afternoon. Be sure to stop in and say hello to Ms. Petal Rogers, our resident juice master.

Unlike anything you've ever experienced before are the weekly classes and demonstrations held in the Kitchen Stadium in the Santorini Restaurant. The Master Class, hosted by our Executive Chef Daniel Orr and Chef de Cuisine Christopher Heath, is held on Saturdays. This class features a tour of the organic farm, where guests will have the opportunity to harvest some of the produce used to prepare their three-course luncheon that includes wine perfectly paired with the meal. Demos and Dinner are held nightly Wednesday through Sunday, as a variety of chefs offer course-by-course demonstrations. Your questions and involvement are encouraged! On Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Sunday you can enjoy a hands-on cooking class with lunch and a glass of wine. Classes change daily and the menu is seasonal. Seating for all classes and demonstrations is limited, so guests are encouraged to book in advance.

The dining room at Santorini continues to present contemporary Caribbean cuisine in a romantic and welcoming atmosphere. The poolside Café Mediterraneo offers casual dining daily, including breakfast, lunch at the Spa Grill, and family dinners at Famiglia. Tuesday night features the very popular lobster barbeque at Café Mediterraneo – which no one ever thinks of missing!

Whatever your culinary taste, it will be more than satisfied at CuisinArt Resort & Spa.
