Chef Orr’s master class is truly a once-in-a-lifetime treat filled with practical tips, incredible island cuisine and tricks of the trade. The master class begins with a tour of CuisinArt’s two gardens, the hydroponic masterpiece as well as the more humble and lush organic plot, growing island fruits, herbs and vegetables. The master class in Chef Orr’s signature kitchen stadium follows the tour and is capped by a delicious luncheon featuring the freshest local delicacies. That evening, enjoy an unforgettable dinner from the Tasting Menu featuring an assortment of the chef’s signature Caribbean creations like Yellowfin Tuna and Coconut Ceviche with Garlic Chives and White Balsamic; Anguillian Crayfish, Ginger and Tarragon Butter and Julienne Squash; and Roasted Rack of Lamb, Tagine of White Eggplant, Herb Salad and Curry Oil.

Chef Daniel Orr has brought his healthy, fresh and simple epicurean approach to both of the resort’s fine restaurants, Café Mediterreano and Santorini. Combining classical techniques with organic produce, poultry, local fish and heritage meats as well as his own spice blends, Daniel creates a unique cuisine that captures the essence of Anguilla.

Relax and indulge in all the luxuries this world-famous resort has to offer. The beautiful Mediterranean architecture. The lush tropical gardens. The therapeutic wellness spa. The endless span of crystal clear blue water. And finally… a gourmet getaway so extraordinary, the sensations simply take your breath away. CuisinArt Resort & Spa’s Culinary Weekend Escape is the perfect way to retreat from the everyday and bask in the flavors of the Caribbean.
