Feel the stress of the day-to-day worries melt away as you listen to the palms sway in the prevailing breeze, and the rhythm of the glistening sunlit waves reach the shore. Choose to stay in Seagrape or Palmetto just steps from the ocean, or Harbour Cottage overlooking scenic Black Sound. Built during the 1940s, all three charming cottages are uniquely designed and restored for quintessential, casual, island life. Each authentic Bahamian style cottage features a living room/ dining room combination, well equipped kitchen, lustrous native Abaco Pine interior finishes, multiple hammocks, BBQ grills, patios and decks, outside showers, ceiling fans wherever possible, CD players, VHF radios, bicycles, and use of the dock.
Our beach cottages do not have telephones or TV. At our office centrally located on the property, telephone, fax and internet access are available. Daily housekeeping service and grounds maintenance are our pleasure to provide.

Harbour Cottage: $230 High season; $200 Fall season; $150 Off Season.
Seagrape and Palmetto (Beach Cottages): $330 High season; $260 Fall season; $230/$200 Off season.
