Policies: A reservation is not guaranteed until a deposit of 50% of the full rental amount has been paid in advance. You may make your payment by wire transfer, American Express, Visa, Discover or MasterCard. Full payment is due 30 days prior to the starting date of the rental period.
Refunds of deposits are only possible when cancelling 45 days or more prior to arrival and are subject to a $50 US per unit service charge if the cancellation is between 31 and 44 days prior to arrival, there will be a 50% refund of your deposit. Cancellation made 30 days less will receive no refund. For bookings during holiday season full payment is required 60 days prior to arrival and there is no refund within the 60 days prior to arrival if your reservation is cancelled.
