OUR TOUR
Begin your adventure at 9am at the Paradise Island Ferry Terminal. Climb aboard one of our twin, 45' custom built, state-of-the-art. high speed power boats. Each boat is powered by twin 420HP turbo-charged diesel engines and can reach speeds of up to 45mph.

For your comfort all seats are forward-facing and there are also bathrooms on board! Exquisite Saddleback Cay apears in the distance just 40 miles from Nassau in the Northern Exumas. Upon your arrival, relax and unwind on one of the seven uninhabited beaches. This is the real Bahamas!

Just off our island paradise lies a perfect isolated sand-bar just right for exploring. Take a leisurely stroll, gather sea shells or soak up the sun. Don't forget your camera - this is one incredible photo opportunity.

Below the water is just as idyllic as above. Snorkel the shallow coral reefs teaming with colourful tropical fish. Encounter gentle stingrays, groupers and conch in their incredible natural environment. You may even see migrating turtles and dolphins.

Nestled under tropical foilage and shaded by palm-thatched roofs are a fabulous array of split level dining decks where you can savour authentic Bahamian cuisine. Cool breezes and amazing views make this one dining experience to remember.

After lunch, meet and feed our locals!

Many different species of sharks, barracudas and stingrays are present in the waters around Saddleback Cay and there is an array of beautiful tropical fish just waiting to be fed!

As the sun begins to set and you make your way back to Paradise island, visit Leaf Cay, another island in the breathtalingly beautiful Exuma cays. Leaf Cay is home to dozens of friendly Iguanas just waiting to meet you!

THE EXUMA CAYS
The Exuma Cays lie 40 miles south east from Nassau. They are made up of over 360 islands and cays and run for approximately 120 miles from north to south. Mostly uninhabited, The Exumas' crystal clear waters are the envy of the Caribbean. Approximately one third of the Cays are National Parkland and Saddleback Cay lies right on the edge of its boundaries.

SADDLEBACK CAY
Saddleback Cay is about 12 acres in total, running half a mile by an eighth of a mile. It boasts seven private beaches for the exclusive use of Island World Adventures, of which, the most famous is Half Moon Bay.

WHAT TO BRING
Included in the price of the day trip is: boat ride, lunch, a fully-stocked bar, including wine, beer, spirits, rum punch, soft drinks & water, snorkeling gear, guided tours and transfers to and from your hotel, so you really don't need much else.

Make sure to pack your swimming gear (including towel), sun screen, your own snorklimg gear if you'd prefer to use it, and some warm clothes for the journey home. And don't forget your camera!

Don't worry if your do forget anything, though. We have cameras, film, sunscreen, hats, t-shirts, sweatshirts and pareos all available for purchase on the island.

Our office is at the Paradise Island Ferry Terminal situated between the two bridges connecting Paradise Island to Nassau. Simply look for One, Marina Drive, the green-roofed building between the bridges and walk behind it to find the ferry terminal.
