Start with an appetizer of fresh Arawak Cay conch salad-prepared at the in-house Slunkin' Conch Bar-Junkanoo nachos or guava-glazed rooster wings. On Sundays, Mama's Kitchen Special is a family-style dinner of Bahamian fried or rotisserie chicken, smoked barbecue ribs, fried grouper and island-style sides.
